Our online courses are digital products, and access is granted to you immediately after purchase. Please read this policy before you buy.
Because access is delivered as soon as your payment is confirmed, all sales are final once access has been granted. By completing your purchase, you acknowledge that the course is delivered to you at that point and that no refund is available for a change of mind.
If you are charged in error, charged more than once, or you pay but cannot access the course and we are unable to resolve it, you are entitled to a full refund of the affected amount.
Bookings for live, instructor-led training are subject to the terms agreed in writing for that engagement, including any cancellation terms.
Nothing in this policy limits your rights under South African consumer law, including the Consumer Protection Act and the Electronic Communications and Transactions Act.

Our online courses are digital, so there is no physical shipment.
Access is delivered to the email address you use at checkout as soon as your payment is confirmed, usually within a few minutes. You can then access the course online at any time.

Dates for live, instructor-led training are scheduled and confirmed directly with you as part of the booking.
